Processing Time

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wild Bluebells products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is at customer's expense (unless item is defective)
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
How to Initiate a Return

- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package to our returns address
- We'll process your refund once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes within Australia. Please note that PO box deliveries may take an additional 1-2 business days.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Contact us immediately and we'll work with the courier to locate your package. If it can't be found, we'll send you a replacement at no charge.
